1. Service Overview

We provide guided walking tours, private tours, and exclusive driving services in Osaka and the Kansai region. Our services are designed to offer a personal, insightful experience of the area’s local culture, history, food, and hidden gems.

 

2. Pricing

The price for each tour or service is listed on our website and includes all applicable taxes. Any additional expenses, such as entrance fees, food, or drinks, will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed during checkout on our website at the time of booking. Note that our payment policy requires a 10% deposit of the total amount.

 

4. Delivery of Services

Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your tour or service. All tours are conducted at the specified date and time. 

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel your booking 14 days or more in advance, 4% of the 10% deposit you made will be refunded to you.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the service, the 10% deposit will be non-refundable.

6. Return Policy

As our services are experiential and personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the service has been rendered.

 

7. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Osaka Daisy Tours is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the tours. All participants are responsible for their safety and belongings.

 

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these commercial transactions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.

Its the same as the walking tour BUT the VIP includes the convenience of hotel pickup,hotel drop-off, all subway fees covered, and an included ticket to the Umeda Sky Building.
